The design needed to strike a balance between integrating a new building into the existing residential environment and delivering architecture that is both modern and commercially viable.

Form & Spatial Organisation

The building is arranged across two levels, housing four residences with a shared central entrance. Two units are located on the raised ground floor, and the other two on the first floor.

Loft Apartments & Guest Experience

The first-floor residences include an internal loft, where the main bedroom is located, featuring a private terrace and jacuzzi, offering a more luxurious stay experience.

Interior Layout

Each apartment includes a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, one bedroom, and spacious verandas overlooking the Cretan landscape.

Privacy & Aesthetics

Architectural perforated elements and strategic planting enhance privacy for each unit without obstructing natural light or views. The connection with the surrounding nature is further emphasised through material selection and well-placed openings.
