OUR PROJECTS
Construction of 5 Luxury Villas with Pools in Bali, Crete
About the project
The project involved the architectural design and construction of five autonomous villas on a 4,000 sq.m. plot in Bali, Crete, each with a private pool, garden, and parking space—fully integrated into the surrounding natural landscape.
The Challenge
The goal of this project was to fully utilise a 4,000 sq.m. plot for sale to third parties through the creation of five autonomous luxury villas offering privacy, comfort, and high-end aesthetics. The main challenge was integrating the complex into the natural environment while ensuring easy access and unobstructed views despite the steep slope of the plot.

Our Approach
Functional Site Layout
The villas were positioned to maximise sea views, provide spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and maintain privacy, all while ensuring convenient access across the sloping terrain.
Architectural Integration into the Landscape
Building volumes were kept small to reduce the overall scale, while natural materials such as stone, wood, and clay-tiled pitched roofs were used. Landscaping between the villas continued the natural vegetation, enhancing harmony and shade.
Facilities & Comfort
Each villa features a private swimming pool, garden, and parking space, creating a self-contained high-standard environment ideal for permanent residence or holiday use.

The Result
The complex of 5 luxury villas in Bali was successfully completed, and all properties were sold to private owners. Today, the owners either enjoy them each summer as their holiday homes or rent them out for short-term and long-term stays, generating steady income. The combination of quality construction, strategic location, and thoughtful design ensures the lasting value of this investment.
