The villa’s architectural character is defined by clean geometric lines, open-plan layouts, and large glass openings that frame the view. The interiors evoke a sense of warmth and understated luxury, blending natural materials such as wood and stone with modern design elements and furniture.

Villa Pitho includes three bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that opens directly to the garden. Additional amenities include a sauna for four people, a hydromassage shower, fitness equipment, and a private parking area, all designed to enhance comfort and relaxation.

Outdoor Spaces and View

The landscape design focuses on privacy and leisure. The private pool, surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable lounge areas, offers uninterrupted views of the sea, creating a serene and luxurious environment ideal for rest and rejuvenation.
