The design had to meet two key objectives: to harmoniously integrate the villa into its natural surroundings and to offer an exceptional guest experience with uninterrupted views of the sea and sunset. Additionally, optimal use of the 1,309.29 sq.m. plot was essential to ensure privacy and functionality throughout all spaces.

Architectural Identity & Materials

The villa was designed in a Cycladic-inspired style, using local stone, earthy tones, natural wood, and touches of classic Greek blue. These elements define both the exterior and interior, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury that feels connected to the landscape.

Two-Level Layout

Villa Kalypso unfolds across two levels and includes three bedrooms—one of which is an open-plan room ideal for children, two bathrooms, a sauna, a hydromassage shower, a living room with a fireplace, gym equipment, and a private parking area.

Outdoor Space Design

The pool and outdoor lounge areas are positioned on an elevated level behind the villa, offering panoramic views of the Cretan Sea, the sunset, and the village of Bali in the distance. This strategic layout enhances the guest experience with privacy and scenery in every direction.
