Villa Electra: Modern Architecture and Luxury with a View of the Cretan Sea
About the project
Villa Electra is part of the luxury Okeanides Villas complex in Bali, Rethymno. Designed and built by our firm, the project combines contemporary architecture with comfort, functionality, and understated elegance.
This three-level villa offers panoramic views of the Cretan Sea and the sunset, while seamlessly blending interior warmth with the natural landscape that surrounds it. With a total private plot of 1,542.31 sqm, it was conceived as a residence where modern living and authentic hospitality coexist in harmony.
The Challenge
The steep slope of the site and the desire for uninterrupted sea views were the main design challenges. At the same time, the goal was to create a home that offers full autonomy on each level, integrating areas for relaxation, wellness, and high-end hospitality.
Our Approach
Architectural Concept
Villa Electra unfolds across three levels. The middle floor features the main living spaces, including a lounge, dining area, and kitchen, all of which open directly onto the private pool and garden terrace. The upper and lower levels house the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
Materials & Interior Design
The design embraces a refined aesthetic through the use of marble flooring, natural stone, and wooden accents, creating an atmosphere of elegance and warmth.
Large openings frame the surrounding views, flooding the interior with natural light and merging indoor and outdoor living into a seamless experience.
Wellness & Comfort Features
Villa Electra offers an impressive range of amenities, a private pool, sauna, fitness room, hydro-massage shower, and private parking area. The verandas, complete with pergolas and seating areas, provide ideal spots to unwind while enjoying the spectacular sunset over the sea.
Property Management
Following the completion of construction, our team continues to support the villa’s operation through comprehensive property management services.
We oversee maintenance and supervision, handle cleaning and preparation before each arrival, manage bookings and guest communications, and ensure the overall upkeep of all facilities and outdoor areas, maintaining the villa in impeccable condition year-round.
