The hotel complex required both functional and aesthetic upgrades to meet modern hospitality standards. The owners sought a complete redesign without extensive reconstruction, while preserving the character of the original building and its relationship to the natural landscape.

At the same time, the objective was to strengthen the hotel’s commercial appeal by improving guest comfort, ensuring accessibility, and offering a design that accommodates a wide range of visitors.

Façade & Guest Privacy

The building façades were refreshed with warm, natural tones to harmonise with the environment. Pergolas were added to balconies for shade, along with metal and wooden privacy dividers to improve comfort and seclusion.

Upgrading Shared Outdoor Spaces

Common outdoor areas were reimagined to enhance the overall guest experience. The design includes new seating zones, pathways, plantings, and lighting—always respecting the local landscape and promoting sustainability.

Interior Room Design

A minimalist aesthetic was applied throughout, using earthy tones and natural materials to evoke calm and relaxation. The rooms were redesigned to improve ergonomics and integrate modern amenities, without unnecessary complexity.

Accessibility for Guests with Disabilities

Selected rooms were adapted to meet accessibility standards, offering spacious, safe, and fully autonomous accommodation for guests with mobility challenges.

The study includes the renovation of 15 rooms, with construction currently underway. The final result will deliver:
