The architectural study for the renovation of an existing hotel complex in the beautiful location of Rodakino, in the prefecture of Rethymno, next to the sea, is focused on the following main points:

Interior Room Design: A minimalist design with earthy tones was adopted, creating an atmosphere of relaxation for guests, while at the same time, offering all the modern amenities of a hotel.

Exterior Design: Earthy tones were chosen for the exterior surfaces, with the addition of pergolas on balconies for necessary shading and dividers for the privacy of guests.

Accessibility for Disabled People: Spacious existing rooms were adapted to accessibility specifications for Disabled People, offering easy access, comfort and autonomy during their stay.

Exterior Space Design: The exterior spaces of the complex were upgraded for improved aesthetics and functionality.

The study includes the renovation of 15 rooms in the complex, which is currently underway.
