Our story began in 1987, when Lazaros Chnaris \u2014 a young civil engineering graduate from the National Technical University of Athens \u2014 set out to establish a technical office that was ahead of its time. Guided by a clear vision to design spaces that combined aesthetic excellence with practical functionality, he brought together the team that would grow into Chnaris Architecture in Construction \u2014 and so the journey began.<\/p>\n
From residential homes and commercial spaces to tourist accommodations, interior design, renovations, and property management, Chnaris Architecture in Construction has delivered over 2,900 successful projects across Crete and the surrounding islands.<\/p>\n
Today, more than 35 years later, Lazaros continues the journey alongside his son, Konstantinos Chnaris, and a dedicated team of expert architects, civil engineers, and skilled professionals. Together, they remain committed to the company\u2019s founding vision \u2014 evolving with the times while staying true to the timeless values that have defined Chnaris Architecture in Construction from the very beginning.<\/p>\n
