The Challenge<\/h3><\/div>

Our goal with this project was to integrate the building naturally into the terrain, ensuring continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces while allowing the structure to adapt fluidly to the site\u2019s natural morphology.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Our Approach<\/h3><\/div>

Architectural Identity & Materials<\/span><\/h2>\n

The main structure features warm earthy shades, while three projecting geometric volumes of different proportions create a balanced and expressive composition.<\/p>\n

Natural materials, wood on vertical elements and pergolas, combined with extensive glass surfaces, allow natural light to penetrate the interiors and connect the house seamlessly with its surroundings. The blend of materials achieves a refined, modern, yet familiar aesthetic.<\/p>\n

Interior Layout<\/span><\/h2>\n

Developed across three levels, the residence includes four bedrooms: one located in the attic and four bathrooms. The basement accommodates auxiliary spaces, while the internal layout is organized to ensure functionality, comfort, and fluid movement between levels.<\/p>\n

Outdoor Spaces & Pool<\/span><\/h2>\n

Adjacent to the kitchen, an outdoor living area with a barbecue has been designed as a natural extension of the interior space. The infinity pool integrates harmoniously with the architectural composition and the landscape, while the generous outdoor area provides flexibility for relaxation and family gatherings.<\/p>\n

Energy Efficiency<\/span><\/h2>\n

The residence features a thermal fa\u00e7ade and a heat pump system with ceiling air outlets, ensuring excellent energy efficiency and year-round comfort.<\/p>\n<\/div>

This residence represents a mature architectural expression that balances simplicity and detail.
