The 78 square meter ground floor apartment, which was in a state of abandonment, was transformed: a ground floor apartment with a backyard. Our project included the comprehensive analysis and design, obtaining the necessary permission for the changes, as well as the complete construction, delivering the project ready for use with all the details – and with a clearly defined cost for the client. What did we do?

The renovation began with the remodelling of the apartment’s interior spaces. Thanks to our 3D renderings, the new layout and decoration of the spaces were presented, which include a comfortable bathroom, two bedrooms (one master and one smaller), an open kitchen, dining and living room area overlooking the lush courtyard, while a second outdoor bathroom and an engine room were added. In addition, upgrades were made to the heating and air conditioning system, as well as the application of thermal facades on the exterior. The house was equipped with a Smart Home system that includes an alarm, security cameras and a solar water heater, while the surrounding area was enriched with fencing and modern lighting.
