In this project, we did the architectural design and the construction. Villa Kalypso belongs to a complex of independent villas located in Kalo Chorafi area, near Bali, in the prefecture of Rethymnon.

Villa Calypso combines the traditional island architecture with modern touches. It is located in its own private space of 1,309.29 sq.m. and its views combine both the mountain and the Cretan Sea. It has a northwest orientation, from where you can see wonderful sunsets.

The outdoor living area, the pool and the large sitting areas with the pergola, is elevated above and behind the villa. The design was made in such a way that there is a view from everywhere towards the sunset and the sea and also the touristic resort of Bali in the background.

Villa Calypso has two levels, three bedrooms, one of them is an open bedroom, ideal for children. It has two bathrooms, a sauna area and a hydro shower. It also has a fireplace, exercise equipment and private parking.

The element of stone predominates outside and is also present inside. Villa Calypso has an island style, with earthy colours, wooden furniture and the characteristic blue colour in the kitchen, the staircase and scattered around the house.

Plants and stone are dominant on the outside, the living areas with balconies and the pool area all have a sea view. Its use is touristic, ideal for family holidays.
