In this project, we did the architectural design and the construction. Villa Dioni belongs to a complex of independent villas located in Kalo Chorafi area, near Bali, in the prefecture of Rethymnon.

The villa is designed with traditional touches, in a private area of ​​820.83sq. It has three levels, where the third and higher level is an open loft, with its wooden floor and wooden roof gives a special element to the building. The living areas are on the middle level and the bedrooms are ιn the other two levels. The style is traditional Cretan, with the element of wood dominating both inside and outside the building. The element of stone is prominent in both inside the building and in the surrounding area as well. All terraces and living rooms, are designed with an orientation towards the sea.

It has three bedrooms, a fireplace, two bathrooms and a private pool at the back of the building, which gives it extra privacy. It has its own barbecue and wood-fired oven in an elevated area with a sea view.

The design of this particular villa was made in order to have many options for the visitor to sit outside: various pergolas and sitting areas in different places, give the visitor the choice on where to sit, depending on the light and the air during the day.

The property has olive trees and various other plants, there is a large lawned area for the family and it has its own parking space. Its use is touristic, ideal for family holidays.
