The goal here was the full utilization of the plot for the purpose of selling it to third parties. With the creation of 5 independent villas, with privacy where they include a pool area, garden and parking space on a plot of 4,000 sq.m. An important challenge was integration into the natural environment!

What have we done;

The villas were spatially organized in such a way as to make full use of the view and the comfortable outdoor and indoor spaces, without losing their privacy and at the same time with easy access despite the strong slope of the plot. In addition, integration into the landscape was achieved by creating smaller building volumes and using elements of stone, wood and pitched tile roofs. Finally, the planting is a continuation of the natural environment between the houses.
